MANG--AVO--TOM SALAD

Michael Wood's Oregon contribution to 'Bindweed.'

Mix equal proportions of:

Sliced Mango, Sliced Avocado, Sliced Tomato

Marinade with:

3 parts lime juice
2 parts fish sauce
1 part (warm liquefied) honey


Garnish with:


Chopped basil
Chili peanuts, crushed fine
Chili sauce (like Zuzanne Habenara Sauce)

The fish sauce I use is 'Caravelle' bouillabaisse. Nuoc Mam is a product of Thailand. Have your grocer give them a call.

Depending on your ethnicity, feel free to call it
TOM-AVO-MANG or AVO-MANG-TOM salad.
